 2.Bidi‑Rolling & Small‑Scale Manufacturing Aggregation Service

 A service that organises home‑based bidi rollers (mainly women), supplies them with raw tendu leaves and tobacco, collects the finished bidis, quality‑checks them, and sells batches to regional bidi brands.

3.Primary Processing & Redrying Services

Before tobacco leaf can be made into consumer products, it must be conditioned. Raw tobacco leaves contain too much moisture and will rot if stored or shipped immediately.

 Setting up automated threshing, grading, and moisture-controlled redrying units near agricultural hubs feeding Tier 2/3 markets (e.g., regions in Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, and Bihar).

4.Used Machinery Brokerage & Refurbishment for SSI Units

Sourcing, reconditioning, and reselling/renting second‑hand pouch packing machines, tobacco cutting machines, and sealing machines to the hundreds of tiny SSI (Small Scale Industry) units that dot tier‑2/3 belts.
